48 Hrs. (1984)

Against All Odds is the 1984 film directed by Taylor Hackford that starred Jeff Bridges as Terry Brogan, an aging pro quarterback who reluctantly accepts a job from an old friend (James Woods) to help locate his girlfriend. Brogan then finds himself unexpectedly falling in love with the girlfriend.
