Dead Man's Tale (Chto skazal pokoynik) is a 2000 (filmed 1999) Russian crime comedy TV series, a screen adaptation of the novel "Cale zdanie nieboszczyka" by well known Polish author of crime comedy novels Joanna Chmielewska. Joanna (Marta Klubowicz), a Polish woman living in Denmark, visits an illegal gambling house. Suddenly a shootout happens, and one man who turns out to be an envoy of mafia is mortally wounded. He accidentally mistakes Joanna for another woman who is his contact and in his last words tells her the clue to finding the hidden treasures of the gang. The gangsters notice this, and Joanna is kidnapped and transferred to the gang lair in Brazil. But she's not going to give up so easily.

The following weapons were used in the television series Greg-Z/Sandbox:

Revolvers

Colt Python

"Lame" (Evgeniy Voskresenskiy), one of the trio of gangsters, is armed with a Colt Python in several scenes, set in Brazil.

Pistols

M1911A1

During the raid on the Suzuki's gang base in Brazil, "Bearded" (Vladimir Episkoposyan), another one of the trio of gangsters, is armed with an M1911A1 pistol. M1911s are also seen in hands of the henchmen in the same scene.

Stechkin APB

The gang boss (Oleg Basilashvili) takes a Stechkin APB pistol after he found that Joanna managed to escape from the dungeon of Chaumont-sur-Loire castle. He also holds the pistol in the final episode when French police storms his lair.

Beretta 92F-style pistol

A Beretta 92F-style pistol is seen among the weapons that Joanna found on the Stella di Mare yacht. Judging by the brown plastic grips, uncommon for genuine pistols, it may be some blank-firing or non-firing replica.

Unidentified pistols

During the interrogation of arrested employees of the illegal gambling house in Copenhagen, the dealer Gilles (Arkadiy Koval) covertly gets a pocket pistol from the fake plumber Gustav (Andrey Butin). Danish Police inspector Jensen (Oleg Tabakov) spots this and disarms Gilles before he could use the gun. The pistol may be a member of a vast family of FN Model 1905.

Gustav covertly passes the pistol to Gilles.

Interpol agent "Shorty" Berkovich (Mamuka Kikaleishvili) carries a compact pistol in shoulder holster.

In a number of scenes various characters hold pistols that are seen briefly, unclear due to fast motion or in distance.

During the raid on the Suzuki's gang base, a henchman at the left fires two pistols.
"Ponytail" looks through the security camera as Fernando (Igor Pismenny) commits suicide after Joanna managed to escape by his carelessness.

The personnel of Danish police special unit carry PP-91-01 Kedr-B submachine guns during the raid on the illegal gambling house. Judging by the credits, the personnel of the 1st Special Purpose Unit of the Internal Forces "Vityaz" with their service firearms appear in this scene as the Danish police special unit. Kedr-B submachine guns were never used outside Russia but they may be a stand-in for Heckler & Koch MP5SD1/3/4.

As the personnel of the 1st Special Purpose Unit of the Internal Forces "Vityaz" with their service firearms appear in this scene, the submachine gun may be one of the Russian models of 1990s, but it is seen too briefly.
