Handguns
SIG-Sauer P226
The main sidearm used by Deputy US Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) is a 9mm SIG-Sauer P226. In Season 1's "Fire in the Hole" (S1E1), he is seen pulling it on a fugitive suspect in Miami when he refuses to surrender and tries to shoot Raylan with a gun he had hidden underneath the table. The SIG he pulls at the beginning appears to flashcap non-gun. Later in the episode, Chief Deputy Art Mullen (Nick Searcy) uses a SIG P226 during the gunfight against Crowder's two "fat" Neo Nazi thugs.

Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
