The Heckler & Koch HK416A5 is seen with Navy SEALs in desert camo in "Charlie Foxtrot". A suppressed/scoped version is used by Juliet in "Consciousness of Guilt" to save Jin from being killed.
Mk 18 Mod 0
A Mk 18 Mod 0 is seen with an armed man raiding Pierce's mansion in "Dark Skies". Katsumoto appears to use it in the HPD as his primary weapon. At least one HPD officer is seen with a similar rifle in "Hit and Run".
