Metal Gear Survive is a 2018 videogame in the Metal Gear series. It is set in an alternative timeline to the events directly after Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, in which you portray a member of Big Boss's private army transported to an alternative dimension.
The game continues to use the same fictional weapons from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, including new melee and mounted types unique to this game.

The GEIST P3 is a semi auto/burst fire pistol that uses a progressive trigger that can fire at semi-auto or burst fire.

The Slingshot is a single shot weapon that uses ball bearings for ammunition. It has very limited range but is silent in operation, so its main usage is at the start of the game. The lower frame is off the "AM D114".

This is a 12 gauge sawn-off double barrel shotgun that uses the same ammunition as the S1000. It is classed as a sidearm in the game.

The M61 Vulcan in an M167 VADS installation with a cruciform base returns from the two MGS V games. While it has a large 450 round capacity, its high rate of fire and slow aiming can make it quite cumbersome to use.
