Judge Fayard Called the Sheriff (Original title: Le Juge Fayard dit Le Shériff) is a 1977 French crime drama inspired by the murder of Judge Francis Renaud on 3 July 1975. Directed by Yves Boisset and starring Patrick Dewaere as Judge Fayard.
