Strongly doubt about Izhmash. All Russian sources claim that Gepard was designed on short-living Reks (or REX) company in Sankt-Peterburg. Gepard was never produced in more than several pieces for testing. Greg-Z (talk) 13:12, 20 July 2017 (EDT)
- The source I got it from did say it was from REX, but it also claimed the REX company was a subsidiary of "Izmash", which, I assume is Izhmash. The source was a Polish gun website, as far as I remember. -SeptemberJack (talk) 21:57, 20 July 2017 (EDT)

I also found a source claiming Tula manufatured them, which the source you gave me states just that Tula had a bureau working on it at the time. Oh also, here's that polish source I mentioned earlier.
