Deadpool is the upcoming 2016 feature film adaptation of the Marvel comic book character created by Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld. Directed by Tim Miller, The movie follows Wilson who after being experimented on and given extremely enhanced healing factor, takes up the alter ego Deadpool, using his prior Special Forces training and his newly acquired powers Wilson hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life. Ryan Reynolds returns as Deadpool, having previously portrayed a version of the character in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
