Hunter Will Get You (USA release title; the original title is L'Alpagueur which is a French slang word for "bounty hunter") is a 1976 French crime movie directed by Philippe Labro. Jean-Paul Belmondo appears as a bounty hunter who is in pursuit of a ruthless criminal known as L'Epervier ("Sparrowhawk") (Bruno Cremer).

Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 14
A Smith & Wesson Model 14 revolver is a personal weapon of prison guard Granier (Claude Brosset). L'Alpagueur (Jean-Paul Belmondo) takes the revolver from Granier and uses it himself in several scenes.

Unidentified revolver
One of Spitzer's henchmen is armed with a snub nose revolver that resemble Colt Detective Special but has a ramp front sight and a longer ejector rod. For a short time this revolver is used by Costa Valdez (Patrick Fierry).

Pistols
Walther P38
A Walther P38 is L'Epervier's (Bruno Cremer) favoured weapon. It is used mostly with a large sound suppressor (definitely fake).

M1911-style pistol 1
In the opening scene L'Alpagueur (Jean-Paul Belmondo) is seen with a bright nickel or chrome plated M1911A1-style pistol. Later this pistol is carried by inspector Doumecq (Victor Garrivier), and in the final scene it is again used by L'Alpagueur.

M1911-style pistol 2
Another pistol carried by inspector Doumecq (Victor Garrivier) is also some M1911 version. It looks mostly like a standard M1911A1 with custom grips. This pistol is later used by Costa Valdez (Patrick Fierry).

Rubber prop pistol
L'Epervier gives a rubber prop pistol to Costa Valdez for robbery of a jewelry store. During the robbery the rubber pistol switches to a Walther PP that looks like a real gun.

Post war Walther PP Pistol - .32 ACP. Though most of the pistols built immediately after the war were made by
Manurhin of France (under license), the guns are marked

A shotgun in "trench gun" configuration is used by one of Spitzer's henchmen (Jean-Luc Boutté). Due to its general view it is supposed to be a Stevens Model 620 Trench Gun.
