A PSS Silent Pistol is seen in "I Want to Cry" when Minare assumes that the missing woman, Ritsuko Azohara, is assumed to be a Russian-trained intelligence agent sent to put Shinji Oki in a honeytrap situation.

Said imagine spot also includes Ritsuko drawing her PSS at Shinji while under Mount Zao Okama's mist in the winter. Minare never bothered to explain the justification of this tactic.
