Okay, I understand it a bit better now. The reference image we have seems to show it with a rather flatter-looking upper. I've done some research and found that there was a pre-Picatinny Weaver style C7A1 railed upper, and then the C7A2 upper with what should be the stepped 1913 rail. I'm seeing some variation though; even in those two images you linked - the rail in the second picture seems less-stepped than the one in the video screenshot. --AgentGumby (talk) 10:28, 8 June 2021 (EDT)
