Umbrella Coup (Le coup du parapluie) is a 1980 French comedy directed by Gérard Oury. Gregoire Lecomte (Pierre Richard) is an unemployed actor who tries to get the small role of an assassin in a movie. He enters accidentally into the office of a Mafia boss and receives a contract - kill arms dealer Otto Krampe (Gert Fröbe) in Saint Tropez. While for Gregoire everything seems like the scenario of a movie, the real killer Moskowitz (Gordon Mitchell) who finally gets this kill job, follows the actor's footsteps and try to kill him. On Gregoire hangs also provocative blonde Bunny (Valérie Mairesse), in reality inspector Sylvette from French counter-intelligence.
