I seem to remember the leader of the Indian guerrillas who are friendly to Beckett (the guy who wanted Miller's shooting glasses) carrying an M1 Carbine, but I may be mistaken on that.

AKM
The AKM appears to have the hooded front sight of a Type 56 so it could potentially be a Type 56 with an AKM muzzle brake. --cool-breeze 06:32, 11 December 2011 (CST)
