Are these Sharpe films really a miniseries? To me they are more just a series of TV movies aren't they? Even if you call it a TV series I believe that there are 18 episodes so I wouldn't really call it "mini". --commando552 (talk) 07:45, 21 May 2016 (EDT)
French Cavalry Carbine
I only have this on DVD and it is an awful transfer so the quality leaves something to be desired, but one of the French cavalry that attack Wellington at the start is carrying a carbine of some sort:
