Talk:Scream (1996)

Weapon of choice for Deputy Dewey Riley (David Arquette), and the killer, Billy Loomis (Skeet Ulrich), who takes it after tricking Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell). Gale Weathers (Courtney Cox Arquette) steals it from the killer and tries to shoot him, but she forgets to turn the safety off and loses the gun after she gets knocked out. She gets it again and shoots the killer (Skeet Ulrich) as he's trying to kill Sidney. Sidney later gets it back and uses it to shoot the killer when he gets back up.

Dewey's gun.

I know that Dewey had a Beretta, but in the scene where they both fall off the road (the one where Gale asks "Is that what you've been looking for?") the gun in the holster is clearly not a Beretta. Looks like a 1911. -SasquatchJim
