• Detective Ruiz (Enrique Murciano) appears to be armed with a nickel-plated pistol. This pistol also is seen in the hands of Jess.

The pistol is seen on the floor.

Jess reaches for the pistol.

The pistol is held by Jess.

Looks like a Colt Commander but that trigger looks like a double action trigger, the hammer is cocked back, could just be a single action though. Frame mounted safety or decocker, looks like a 1911 style slide in the second picture, pin through the frame above the trigger guard for the trigger. I don't think there's a grip safety.
