Talk:Harry Brown (2009)

From Internet Movie Firearms Database - Guns in Movies, TV and Video Games
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Hi I have some promo pictures found online that show off some of the handguns used in the film such as harry's P226R and Strech's Walther. Never edited before so what's the best way to get the images on to the page? Should I like from image shack or load them on to IMFDB from my PC?

Also from some set pictures on flickr it looks like it is a chrome CZ75 not a Hi Power that is used in the happy slap killing and by Noels buddy.

Load them onto IMFDB is the best way. After you load them, you take the picture file name example Image:RN-SIG228-1.jpg then add [[ before it and

|thumb|none|600px]] after the file name you get.

RN-SIG228-1.jpg

That's easiest way I can explain it.--Predator20 14:14, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

Definitely not; that would never work. On the left side of the page, go to "Upload file" (under "Toolbox") and use that to upload the images. As Predator said, look at the code for displaying pictures on other pages. It should be like this: [[Image:|thumb|none|600px]], except that after "Image:" is where your file name goes AFTER you've uploaded it. -MT2008 15:32, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
Also remember to put some kind of caption after the |600px . Goes something like this:

[[Image:|Thumb|none|600px|Caption goes here.]]--Oliveira 15:47, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

I'm hoping to do the screencapping on this one, when I actually get to buy the DVD. But if I'm intruding, please, tell me to back off... :) --Warejaws 23:37, 7 March 2010 (UTC)
