Doglock Pistol

Numerous characters use period appropriate Doglock Pistols throughout the TV-series. These appear to be modern replicas, there are many Indian made doglock pistol replicas.

Militia Man (Luke Sexton) puts his hand on his duty pistol. "Cry Havoc" (S2E01).

Captain John Alden (Shane West) holds his pistol. "Cry Havoc" (S2E01).

Vigilant pulls his pistol, note the distinctive doglock mechanism...

...and fires it at the witches. "Blood Kiss" (S2E02).

Cotton Mather (Seth Gabel) struggles with Militia Man (David Kallaway) for the pistol...

...which results to it accidentally firing. "From Within" (S2E03).

Militia Man (Sean P Douglas) pulls his pistol. "Til Death Do Us Part" (S2E10).

Numerous soldiers are armed with the Trade muskets, the one at the right carries the holstered doglock pistol. Note the distinctive doglock style grip butt. "On Earth as in Hell" (S2E11).

Trade Musket

A historically correct Trade Muskets appeared in the hands of many characters.

Pedersoli Indian Trade Musket

The soldier holds his musket. "Cry Havoc" (S2E01).

Numerous soldiers hold their muskets. "Blood Kiss" (S2E02).

Militia troops (two of them are played by Neal Gage and Jim Henry) raise their muskets...
