Handguns

Dominator Portable Psychological Diagnosis and Suppression System

The Dominator Portable Psychological Diagnosis and Suppression System aka the 45MW.TRG Dominator is used by most officers working with the Ministry of Welfare Public Safety Bureau. The Dominator have three modes, consisting of Non-Lethal Paralyzer, Lethal Eliminator and Destroy Decomposer modes.

Barring the SFX distraction in the first "ED sequence, "The Monster with No Name", it's possible to get a good look at the Dominator.

In one of her blunders, Akane aims her Dominator at a drunk in the Abolition apartment block. She's fortunate that the drunk is not judged by the Sibyl System.

Inspector Nobuchika Ginoza fires his Dominator in Non-Lethal Paralyzer to stun Chika Shimazu after being beaten and raped by Okura due to her slightly high Psycho Pass.
In one of the season's worse moments, Akane's Dominator can't register Shogo Makishima's Psycho Pass to warrant judgement in "Saint's Supper".
Enforcer Mitsuru Sasayama aims his Dominator at a suspect in "Devil's Crossroad". You can see that he's got a trigger finger.
Pre-Enforcer Yayoi Kunizuka tries to use a borrowed Dominator. SPOILER: It doesn't work.
Once again, Akane can't help but admire her issued Dominator in "Blood-Stained Reward". Makes you wonder if her CC will ever go up.

Enforcer Shinya Kogami is given authorization by Sibyl to use LEM to kill Rikako Oryo in "The Rest is Silence". No rest for the wicked even if the killer is a minor.

Sasayama uses his Dominator in LEM to take out a hostage taker in "Devil's Crossroad".
Chief Joshu Kasei uses her Dominator to fire in LEM to take out Choe Gu-song in "The Gate to Judgement".
Inspector Risa Aoyanagi confronts Enforcer Ryogo Kozuki when he tries to escape Tokyo in the Extended Edition/New Edit version of "Iron Heart".
Poseidon Dominator Portable Psychological Diagnosis and Suppression System aka the 45MW.TRG Dominator - Destroy Decomposer Mode.
Kogami uses a Dominator in Destroy Decomposer mode to destroy a rogue factory drone in "Rearing Conventions".
Kasei's Dominator corrupted to active DDM to assassinate Kagari for his knowledge on the Sibyl System's true nature at the end of "The Gate to Judgement".

Ruger SP101

The Ruger SP101 is first seen in "A Promise Written on Water" when Kogami takes Masaoka's revolver from his days with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, using it in said episode as his personal sidearm. It's later used by Shogo Makishima and Akane in "Perfect World".

In the Extended Edition/New Edit version, the SP101 is first seen in "Invitation from the Abyss" when Ginoza talks to his Psycho Pass counselor about his father.

Ginoza remembers his father showing off his revolver in the Extended Edition/New Edit version of "Invitation from the Abyss".
This is how Ginoza eventually got a high CC and became an Enforcer in his adult years.
Kogami cleans the stripped revolver since it wasn't used for a long time after it was kept in Masaoka's pre-TMPD safehouse in "A Promise Written on Water".

Rifles

Musket

A musket is seen inside Toyohisa Senguji's office in "Symbolism of Bletilla Striata".

Bolt-Action Rifle

In "The Rest is Silence", there's a bolt-action rifle that's placed on top of the gun rack inside Senguji's office.

Shotguns

Over and Under Shotgun

An Over and Under Shotgun is used by Senguji to kill Rikako Oryo and later on, to kill Kogami in "The Rest is Silence", "Paradise Fruit", "Methuselah's Game" and "Saint's Supper". Makishima uses it in the latter episode with Akane taking the dropped weapon.

Grenades

EMP Grenade

A EMP grenade is used by PSB officers/enforcers to control the riots starting throughout the Greater Tokyo Area in "The Town Where Sulfur Falls". Akane later uses it as a distraction in "Perfect World".

Other Guns

Nail Gun

A Nail gun is used by armed men hijacking an automated armored van in "Sweet Poison". Makishima's group in the season as a weapon to deal with Sibyl security drones and later on by Makishima himself.
