The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the television series Hell on Wheels:
Handguns
Remington 1858 New Army
The Remington 1858 New Army is the revolver carried by Cullen Bohannon (Anson Mount). These revolvers are also wielded by other characters in Season 3.
Cullen Bohannon (Anson Mount) carries the revolver in "Eminent Domain" (S3E02).
Thomas "Doc" Durant (Colm Meaney) holds the revolver in "Fathers and Sins" (S3E09).
A US Cavalry officer carries a Colt 1862 Navy in "Eminent Domain" (S3E02).
Colt 1860 (Richards-Mason Conversion)
A Colt 1860 (Richards-Mason Conversion) appears to be the revolver used by Elam throughout Season 3.
Rifles
Winchester 1866 "Yellowboy"
The Winchester 1866 "Yellow Boy" rifle is used by many characters throughout the series.
Maggie Palmer (Chelah Horsdal) with the rifle in "Fathers and Sins" (S3E09). She refers to the rifle as her "Yellowboy" in the episode.
Sharps 1863 Saddle Ring Carbine
Some US Cavalry soldiers are armed with the Sharps carbine. The weapon is also used by Elam Ferguson (Common).
