Catch-22 (1970)

Catch-22 is the 1970 feature film adaptation of Joseph Heller's best-selling novel of the same name that was directed by Mike Nichols and starring Alan Arkin, Martin Sheen, Bob Newhart, Orson Welles and Jon Voight. Although this adaptation was done with the blessing of the author, it was overshadowed by Robert Altman's MASH, another anti-war black comedy which was released in the same year. Heller's novel would be adapted again as a 2019 Hulu original limited series that was executive-produced by and co-starred George Clooney.

Star Model B
