SIG-Sauer 1911

In Season 5, FBI Special Agent Booth (David Boreanaz) carries the SIG-Sauer 1911 (formerly known as the GSR) as his sidearm. In Season 5's premiere "Harbingers in the Fountain" (S5E01), the pistol is given to Booth by Sweets when Booth got reinstated into the FBI.

Beretta 950 Jetfire

A compact pistol is used by a man to kill his dwarf brother in "The Dwarf in the Dirt" (S5E07). It was initially identified as a Ruger MkIII, but upon closer inspection, the pistol appears to be a molded off Beretta 950 Jetfire.

In Season 5's "The Dwarf in the Dirt" (S5E07), a resin mold of the Beretta 950 Jetfire is seen as an evidence of a murder. This pistol was incorrectly identified as a Ruger Mk III.

Walther PPK

In "The Bond in the Boot" (S5E02), a suppressed Walther PPK is used by a CIA field operative to kill a Russian diamond courier.
