Beyond the Poseidon Adventure (1979)

Beyond the Poseidon Adventure is the 1979 sequel to the 1972 disaster film The Poseidon Adventure. The sequel follows two teams of salvagers who attempt to re-enter the downed passenger ship in order to recover the potential treasures inside. During their exploration, the teams discover another group of survivors still in the ship. The film was directed by Irwin Allen, the noted producer of similar disaster movies, including the original feature. The cast included Michael Caine, Telly Savalas, Sally Field, Peter Boyle and Mark Harmon.
