Bad Boys: Ride or Die is the fourth installment in the Bad Boys film franchise. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence once again return as Miami Metro PD Detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett. Directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah also return from 2020's Bad Boys for Life to helm the 2024 sequel, which finds the detectives attempting to clear the name of their former captain, who is accused of collaborating with a drug cartel. The film was released in the US on June 24, 2024.
The following weapons were used in the film Bad Boys: Ride or Die:
Handguns
SIG-Sauer P226 XFIVE
The 2022 version of the SIG-Sauer P226 XFIVE is Detective Mike Lowrey's (Will Smith) sidearm of choice throughout the film. He initially uses a "Classic" model with wood grips, which is later taken by James McGrath (Eric Dane) and then lost. During the finale, Lowrey uses the "STAS" model with black grips and adjustable AX3 trigger, then throws the gun to Detective Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) when the latter runs out of ammunition.

In Fletcher's gallery, Detective Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) uses a SIG-Sauer P229 E2 fitted with the slide of a stainless P229 Elite. The pistol is later taken by Lintz (Derek Russo). This is the same configuration previously used in The Fate of the Furious and Fear the Walking Dead - Season 6.
