In a post-apocalyptic world (similar to The Omega Man and I Am Legend), Vanessa Van Helsing (Kelly Overton) awakens from a three-year coma to find the earth overrun by vampires, with her as humanity's last hope, possessing a unique blood anomaly that allows her to cure the infected.
