The VPGS-41 (Vintovochnaya protivotankovaya granata Serdyuka, "Rifle Anti-Tank Grenade designed by Serdyuk) was a Soviet anti-tank rodded rifle grenade. It used a 334 g shaped charge that allowed to penetrate 30 mm (40 mm with an improved version of the grenade) of armor in a range up to 70 m. The launching rod was inserted into the barrel of Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifle without any kind of launcher or adapter, as it was with WWI era rifle grenades.
