There is not much RPG-stuff in it, you get XP for killing dudes and completing missions, you can select special abilities called "augmentations". It kinda reminds me of BioShock, although you have a really small inventory which makes the game even harder and more challenging. The game is 80% action (or stealth, depends on how you play) and 20% RPG, which involves buying/selling stuff, hacking door/computers, choosing new abilities and a little conversation with NPC's.
