This is the shotgun rifle used by Miles Slater during the Pub's massacre.

This is the revolver used by Joshua Harlow in the pub's massacre scene.
Heckler & Koch G3 South African Rifle
This is probably the assault rifle (without tactical sight) used by Asaf Sadique in the first scene.
Walther P99QA
A silenced Walther P99QA is used by Lai Lai Zhen when she's in the Hotel.
