To Award (Posthumously) (Nagradit (posmertno)) is a 1987 (filmed 1986) Soviet detective action movie directed by Boris Grigoryev. The story is set in 1945. Soviet frontline scout Yuriy Sosnin (Aleksandr Timoshkin) was considered dead and awarded posthumously, but he survived though suffered memory loss. A female criminal Lyol'ka (Marina Yakovleva) pretends to be Sosnin's sister and draws him into a gang, coming up with his criminal past. Sosnin participates in robberies as a bandits driver, until his wartime friend Andrey Kalashnikov (Evgeniy Leonov-Gladyshev), currently Militsiya officer, recognizes him.

Submachine Guns
PPSh-41
Yuriy Sosnin carries a PPSh-41 in war scenes. Later PPSh-41s are used by Militsiya personnel and guards of cash delivering car.
MP40
Criminals use MP40 submachine guns.
MP38
Criminals also use MP38 submachine guns. MP38s and MP40s sometimes switches to each other due to continuity errors.

Militsiya personnel use a DP-27 machine gun during the ambush on the gang.
Other Weapons
F-1 Hand Grenade
Gang leader "Shcherbatiy" (Georgiy Drozd) carries an F-1 hand grenade in the climactic scene. Sosnin uses this grenade to blow bandits car.
