The Walking Dead (2010) This poster was created by famed artist Drew Struzan.

The Walking Dead is an upcoming television series airing on AMC that chronicles the actions of County Sheriff's Deputy Rick Grimes as he leads a band of survivors after a pandemic has turned the population into zombies. The series was adapted for television by Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption) from the Image comic book series.

Colt Python

Sheriff Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) carries a six-inch barreled Colt Python .357 Magnum revolver as his duty sidearm and uses it in the series. We first see him use it in the pilot opening on a young girl turned Zombie and in the finale we see him use it inside a tank in Atlanta he took refuge in to kill a undead GI inside which actually disoriented him and hurt his hearing firing it in that small of space unlike most movies or shows that have people firing guns indoors without being phased.
