The following weapons were used in Season 5 of the television series The Rookie:
Pistols
Glock 17
Glock 17 pistols fitted with Surefire X300 weaponlights are now carried by the majority of the LAPD officers in the series, including John Nolan (Nathan Fillion), PO3, then Sgt. Tim Bradford (Eric Winter), and Lucy Chen (Melissa O'Neil). Both Detective Nyla Harper (Mekia Cox), and Police Sergeant II Wade Grey (Richard T. Jones) also appear to carry the Glock 17 as their onduty sidearm.
Beretta Px4 Storm
What appears to be a Beretta Px4 Storm pistol is used by Lucy Chen (Melissa O'Neil) in Season 5's premiere "Double Down" (S5E01).
Colt M1911A1
What appears to be an M1911A1-type pistol is discovered by Det. Angela Lopez (Alyssa Diaz) in Season 5's premiere "Double Down" (S5E01). The pistol is seen with custom grips.
Shotguns
Remington 870 (Police Magnum Extended)
The LAPD-issued shotgun in the series is the Remington 870 Police Magnum shotgun with extended magazine tubes.
