A couple of the Filipino pirates that raid the Belafonte carry Beretta 92FS pistols. Steve Zissou (Bill Murray) takes one from a pirate and uses it during a shootout before it runs out of ammunition.

A majority of the Filipino pirates carry Beretta M12.

A few of the pirates carry Franchi PA8 shotguns.
