The Last of Us is the 2023 American post-apocalyptic drama television series adaptation of 2013 video game of the same name that was created by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann for HBO. The series stars Pedro Pascal as Joel Miller and Bella Ramsey as Ellie Williams. The series premiered on the premium cable channel HBO on January 15, 2023. HBO has renewed the show for a second season thanks to strong ratings.
