The assassin Paz (Edgar Ramirez) carries a Beretta 92FS when chasing Bourne (Matt Damon) in New York. The Beretta is also seen in the hands of one of the CIA agents attempting to apprehend Simon Ross at Waterloo Station. Bourne uses a Beretta 92FS in Tangier, Morocco, when he chases Desh.

Glock 19

The SIG Pro SP2009 is carried throughout the film by Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) as well as by some of the CIA agents.
SIG SG 552
A scoped and suppressed SIG SG 552 is used by Paz (Edgar Ramirez) to assassinate reporter Simon Ross (Paddy Considine) in London.
