Colt M16 & variants
When Bourne escapes the embassy, U.S. Marines armed with M16s, M4s and other variants of that series commence a room-by-room office sweep.
Micro Galil
When Bourne is in his apartment, the assassin (code-named Castel) who breaks through the window uses a Micro Galil to try and kill Bourne and Marie.
SIG SG 550 Sniper
The Professor (Clive Owen) uses a SIG SG 550 Sniper variant as his weapon of choice, assassinating Nykwana Wombosi (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) in Paris with it. He is seen with the rifle again later in the French countryside, after he tracks down Jason Bourne and Marie Kreutz (Franka Potente) to Marie's brother's place of residence.
CZ 100
The Professor draws a CZ 100 from his carry bag when he is unable to locate Jason Bourne while in the fields behind the home of Eamon (Tim Dutton), Marie Kreutz's friend in the French countryside.
Walther P5
Bourne uses it in the Treadstone safe house in Paris.
