In the scene where Bond is waiting for his first meeting with Osato (when Osato is arriving by helicopter), he's being monitored from a device in the ceiling which provides a remote operator with a video feed and--surprise!--a C96 mounted upside down.  It's a very brief clip with terrible lighting, but the profile of that broomhandle is unmistakable.  Plus, the gun is definitely the focus of the clip.  I'll have to buy a copy of the movie this weekend to get a screencap that doesn't have a network bug watermark on it.  --[[User:King Rhoton]] 0:30, 13 March 2013 (PDT)

Unidentified rifle

First one looks like a Thompson M1921A submachine gun.

Colt M1921A Thompson with 20-round magazine - .45 ACP
A ninja runs with his rifle (on the left).

Second one looks like a Thompson M1921AC or M1928 loaded with a 20-round magazine.

Colt M1921AC Thompson with 20-round magazine - .45 ACP.
M1928 "Tommy Gun" or "Chicago typewriter" with 50-round drum magazine - .45 ACP, made famous through countless classic gangster movies.
The ninja in the center holds his rifle.

In the same picture the ninja second from the left seems to have a Thompson M1A1.

C96

In the scene where Bond is waiting for his first meeting with Osato (when Osato is arriving by helicopter), he's being monitored from a device in the ceiling which provides a remote operator with a video feed and--surprise!--a C96 mounted upside down. It's a very brief clip with terrible lighting, but the profile of that broomhandle is unmistakable. Plus, the gun is definitely the focus of the clip. I'll have to buy a copy of the movie this weekend to get a screencap that doesn't have a network bug watermark on it. --User:King Rhoton 0:30, 13 March 2013 (PDT)
