Unknown bolt-action sniper rifle

Thanks for this page, good work! Being from Holland, I thought it was interesting to see a Dutch police uniform in a real action movie. About the unidentified bolt-action sniper rifle, how about a recent variant of the Steyr SSG (see below), like SSG 04(A1)?

Reason is that the rifle in your screenshots has almost the same grip below the barrel plus the typical external magazine in front of the trigger guard. I guess the reason the weapon looks so massive could be the camera angle (to make it look cooler) and the absurdly big silencer. By the way, in the movie the bolt is seen on the left side so that would be a mirror-image shot. All the best,--PeeWee055 02:15, 29 November 2011 (CST)

Haven't noticed you're message, (it's been two years) but the images are not mirrored. The rifle is just a left-handed rifle, as evidenced by the BMW license plate behind Rocca in the third screencap. Or, I'm REALLY bad with numbers. --Warejaws (talk) 13:41, 3 December 2013 (EST)
Better late than never :-) You're right about the license plate, had not noticed that. If my above guess about the Steyr SSG is not correct, I am at a loss. Let's see if anybody else will react (in 2015?), PeeWee055 (talk) 10:13, 4 December 2013 (EST)

Look-a-like

Has anybody noticed how much Jakob Eklund looks like Antonio Banderas on the poster for this movie? PeeWee055 (talk) 10:31, 4 December 2013 (EST)
