Gun wishlist

I was thinking about the guns I would love to see in this game so I thought I'd start a little list and see what others would like to see in it as well.

Pistols: A modern 1911 variant like a Kimber TLE II, Springfield TRP or a S&W 1911 etc. HK45, SIG Sauer P226, Beretta Px4 Storm.

Sub-Machine guns: H&K MP5 (both an A3/A5 and SD variant), FN P90, IMI Uzi, TDI Vector.

Assault Rifles: HK416, Colt M4A1, AKMS, AKMSU, SIG 552, Robinson Armament XCR, FNC, LWRC M6.

Sniper Rifles: M40A5, Knight's Armament SR-25, M39 EMR.

Shotguns: Mossberg 590, AA12, USAS 12, Remington 870. --cool-breeze 06:30, 10 December 2011 (CST)

So you want a MP5 with the uncomfortable retracting stock, an AKM with the uncomfortable under-folder stock, and two pump-action shotguns and two full-auto shotguns only; no sensible semi-auto shotguns? :P - Mr. Wolf 10:32, 10 December 2011 (CST)

I would like to see:

Handguns: A modern 1911 pistol, Beretta 92g Elite, USP Tactical, Full Size SIG P250, Smith & Wesson M & P in .357 sig, FN Five-seveN, MP-412 REX.

SMGs: MP5K, MP7, P90, Brügger & Thomet MP-9, Bushmaster Carbon 15, Spectre M4, TDI KRISS.

Assault rifles: AK-74, AKM, HK417, M4A1, Tavor TAR-21, IMBEL IA2, G3KA4, G36KV and a Bushmaster ACR.

Shotguns: Remington 870 MCS, Benelli Nova, Benelli M3 (in semi-auto), Benelli M4, Remington 887, AA-12.

Sniper Rifles: Remington XM2010, SL8 variant, PSG-1, SIG-Sauer SSG 3000 and DSR-precision GmbH DSR-1.--Flavio 11:27, 10 December 2011 (CST)

I never found the retracting stock of the MP5 to be uncomfortable, the AK underfolding stock isn't that uncomfortable either. My list wasn't a complete list of everything that I want in the game, more like some of the things I want to see in it. And the USAS 12 and AA12 have a semi auto as well as full auto ;) --cool-breeze 17:01, 10 December 2011 (CST)

I hope they add the HK417 instead of the overrated and overused SCAR-H. Plus they really should not include old-timers from Vegas 2, like the FNC, G3KA4, M40A1, Desert Eagle Mark I, M11 or Kalash. An AK-100-series rifle would be nice, and of course the Beretta 92FS or M9A1. - bozitojugg3rn4ut 08:48, 11 December 2011 (CST)

A HK417 would be awesome, but I would like to see some sort of G3 rifle and the FNC was awesome. I agree with the Desert Eagle, they should definitely not have any Desert Eagle in it because it's not the kind of weapon a real Special Forces operative would use. --cool-breeze 08:53, 11 December 2011 (CST)

Ingame Screencaps

just like to point out, that the ingame screenshots posted on the main page is from the Rainbow Six: Patriots "target" gameplay, it is not acutally ingame footage, rather cgi rendered to display what the devs want the game to play like, so we shouldnt assume the weapons in the video will appear in the game.--Sike 16:08, 10 December 2011 (CST)
