Am probably gonna edit this down and consolidate some of the info before finalization. A work in progress! :D MPM2008

This movie looks really bad lol. What the hell is that M16 mocked up off of? Reminds me of those Toy M16s Mattel Made in the 60s hah.-Ranger01 05:52, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, it's really BAD!!! LOL! I am still a little stumped by what base gun they used for the M16 mockup. You can see the curved magazine that makes up the back of the big 'fake' magazine. And it really fires, so I don't know yet. MoviePropMaster2008 16:02, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Yes, this movie really is terrible. Spartan198 09:45, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
it looks like the back of the Mocked up M16 Carbine magazines is the magazines of what ever gun was mocked up
Uh, no duh. ;)
Whatever it is, it's a subgun of some sort. The mag appears to be curved, as well.-protoAuthor 19:16, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
You guys DO realize that you're just repeating what I said previously "You can see the curved magazine that makes up the back of the big 'fake' magazine." as if you're saying something new! LOL! (sorry it made me laugh! :D ) MoviePropMaster2008 19:21, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Looking at the pistol grip, I'd hazard a guess that it's a Type 79.-protoAuthor 19:24, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Well I don't think the pistol grip plays into it, its too low (its also an actual AR grip), a real firearm inside has to be all contained above the trigger area. If not we are looking for a SMG with a very high bore axis in comparison to where the trigger group is. Im thinking they have to have something in there that has a removable grip section. A de-stocked PPSH seems like it would fit, but the magazine isn't curved enough. Although it could just be some kind of .22 rifle in there.-Ranger01 20:27, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Actually, I don't think the actual mag is curved at all. Also note the proximity to the pistol grip. May help us.-protoAuthor 20:48, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Isn't Coolio in this movie?-S&Wshooter 21:14, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Yes, he is. If this movie is any indication, he's a much better rapper than actor. Spartan198 10:41, 6 August 2010 (UTC)

It's not a bad mockup. To a layman, from a distance, you'd never be able to tell. You'd think considering all the trouble they went through to get another gun to look that much like an M16, they'd be able to get themselves a real M16. --funkychinaman 21:19, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

I think the all black 'Spanish' M1911A1, if it is that, isn't a Star, since I think all of those have the external extractors. The 'unknown shotgun' might be a Winchester 1300. StanTheMan (talk) 23:38, 27 January 2015 (EST)

I corrected the post who stated that it was a Star. That gun is a non firing replica made by Denix of Spain. :D MoviePropMaster2008 (talk) 01:07, 29 January 2015 (EST)
Denix non firing M1911A1 Replica

That shotgun looks like a Remington 870 with a factory full length magazine tube and the front sling swivel mounted to the end cap. Black Irish Paddy (talk) 13:28, 6 April 2019 (EDT)
