Are we sure that Mel Gibson's Glock is a G19?  In the first image, the grip looks a bit too long to be a G19.  More like a -17.  And yes, I know that the G19 is what the NYPD uses in real life, but this is a movie. -[[User:MT2008|MT2008]] 15:54, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

:Furthermore, Gibson's character is a member of the ''Boston'' PD, so it doesn't matter what the NYPD uses anyway. -[[User:Gunman69|Gunman69]] 04:39, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

It seems like its been a while since Mel Gibson has done anything. I don't think I have seen him in any new film since Signs. -Anonymous

Yeah no kidding, has anyone noticed the way he holds his Glock by holding his firing hand by the wrist with his other? I never really understood the concept of this shooting style/technique.--ThePotShot 18:10, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
In a recent trailer you can see he holds his gun in a nice weaver grip at times. I never understood it either, it doesn't provide any real support.--Pølaris 00:44, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
It's all about what works for him. Any grip that enables one to shoot acurately and control the weapon is a proper grip. -Anonymous

The Glock

Are we sure that Mel Gibson's Glock is a G19? In the first image, the grip looks a bit too long to be a G19. More like a -17. And yes, I know that the G19 is what the NYPD uses in real life, but this is a movie. -MT2008 15:54, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

Furthermore, Gibson's character is a member of the Boston PD, so it doesn't matter what the NYPD uses anyway. -Gunman69 04:39, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
