I believe he has a pair of Varan PMX-90's. Looks like one stainless and one black with the slides switched so they are two toned.
Pic I found online. Hippo pic The pic on the Varan's IMFDB page looks blockier but I think it's just an unflattering image. The pic on the Dangerous Ground page shows it better.
