I just started watching this season, but so far I've noticed in the first episode that Becket carried a stainless Kahr K9. Later Esposito gives his backup to Becket and it appeared to be a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380, but you never really get a particularly clear shot of it in the episode. On a side note Castle uses Becket's G19  in episode 5.

I just started watching this season, but so far I've noticed in the first episode that Becket carried a stainless Kahr K9. Later Esposito gives his backup to Becket and it appeared to be a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380, but you never really get a particularly clear shot of it in the episode.
