Bosch actor Titus Welliver confirmed it on Twitter before Season 6 that Bosch now carries a [[M1911 pistol series#SIG-Sauer 1911|SIG-Sauer 1911]] ([https://twitter.com/search?q=%40sigsauerinc%20(from%3Awelliver_titus)&src=typed_query Link to Twitter]). To my knowledge, it's the SIG-Sauer 1911TR TACOPS, as noted by the picatinny rail and the "classic" 1911-style slide profile (TR stands for Traditional IIRC) vs. the "SIG-Sauer" type slide profile which is reminiscent of the P220/P226 -series. Bosch’s sidearm

not a model 64
The revolver identified as a model 64 has adjustable sights. Therefore, it can not be a Smith and Wesson 64. It looks like a stainless (not "nickeled") model 67
