The following weapons were used in the film Take the Money and Run:



Smith & Wesson Model 10

Many of the police officers, as well as prison guards, keep standard Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers.

Smith & Wesson Model 10 - .38 Special
Two bank guards near the beginning of the film fire their weapons at Virgil. He tries to shoot back, but his gun turns out to be a cigarette lighter.

Colt Detective Special

Virgil Starkwell (Woody Allen) keeps a snubnose Colt Detective Special as his sidearm throughout the film. Many of his gangmembers also keep them.

Another member of Virgil's gang keeps a snubnose Colt Python.
