The following weapons were used in Season 13 of the television series Supernatural:

Handguns

Colt M1911A1

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) continues to carry a custom M1911A1 with an engraved slide and ivory grips with gold Colt medallions as his main weapon throughout the series.

Custom engraved nickel plated Colt MKIV Series 80 with pearl grips - .45 ACP
Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) clears a room with his custom M1911A1 in "Patience" (S13E03).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) pulls his gun on Jack (Alexander Calvert) after being suddenly woken up by him in "Tombstone" (S13E06).
The M1911A1 being used in conjunction with a flashlight in "War of the Worlds" (S13E07).
Great close-up of the custom M1911A1 as Dean racks the slide after cleaning it in "The Scorpion and The Frog" (S13E08).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) interrogates an "Apocalypse World" survivor with his M1911A1 in hand in "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) racks the slide on his custom M1911A1 in "Beat The Devil" (S13E21). Note that the magazine appears to be empty, so nothing is being loaded into the chamber. He then eases the hammer forward with the palm of his hand, this is something he does frequently when "holstering" (the brothers never use holsters) it, which means he probably likes to carry his 1911 in Condition 2 (full magazine, chambered round, and hammer down).
Dean checks the magazine of his 1911A1 in "Let the Good Times Roll" (S13E23), it's loaded with silver bullets, as he's expecting to encounter a werewolf.
Dean holds up his 1911 as he tells Nate the Gas-n-Sip guy that he shot Jack (Alexander Calvert) with rubber bullets, it being part of an FBI training exercise. He is clearly lying, but it's easier than telling someone that Jack is an half-archangel half-human invincible being."Let the Good Times Roll" (S13E23).

Taurus PT92AFS

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) uses a Taurus PT92AFS with pearl grips as his main weapon throughout the series.

Nickel Taurus PT92 with Pearl Grips - 9x19mm
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) draw their handguns on a shapeshifter in "The Big Empty" (S13E04).
Sam returns fire during the warehouse shootout in "A Most Holy Man" (S13E15). This appears to be a mirrored shot, as the takedown lever is on the wrong side and Sam is not left-handed.
The Taurus sitting on a table as Sam (Jared Padalecki) loads its magazine in "Unfinished Business" (S13E20).
Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) smacks a magazine into his PT92 in "Beat The Devil" (S13E21).
Sam (Jared Padalecki) shoots a werewolf with his Taurus in "Let The Good Times Roll" (S13E23).

Taurus Judge

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) occasionally uses a Taurus Judge instead of his Taurus PT92AFS for situations that require "witch-killing bullets" (which the brothers seem to only manufacture in .45 caliber sizes, since Dean doesn't have to switch handguns to use them). He uses it to threaten Rowena (Ruth Connell) in "Funeralia" (S13E19), but he drops it on the ground after getting knocked out by one of her spells. Dean (Jensen Ackles) later finds it, arriving to the conclusion that his brother has been taken.

Taurus Judge - .45 Long Colt/.410 bore
Sam (Jared Padalecki) draws his Taurus Judge on a couple of witches in "Various & Sundry Villains" (S13E12).
Sam (Jared Padalecki) holds his Judge on Rowena (Ruth Connell) in "Funeralia" (S13E19).
The Taurus Judge laying on the ground in "Funeralia" (S13E19).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) finds it and picks it up.

Beretta 92FS

Police officers are mostly seen using the Beretta 92FS.

Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm
A sheriff deputy is seen using the Beretta 92FS in "Lost and Found" (S13E01).

CZ 75B

An "Apocalypse World" survivor is seen using a nickel plated CZ 75B in "Unfinished Business" (S13E20).

CZ 75B with stainless steel finish - 9x19mm
The survivor takes out his CZ 75B in "Unfinished Business" (S13E20).

Glock 17

FBI Agent Clegg (Chris William Martin) carries a 2nd Generation Glock 17 in "Breakdown" (S13E11) as his duty weapon. He uses it to threaten Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) later in the episode, after revealing himself as a dark web human organ vendor for monsters. The Glock 17 is an accurate choice for FBI agents, however this is the wrong variation of it, as the FBI has been issuing the Glock 17M (a 5th generation model) since 2017.

2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm
The Glock 17 being held at Sam's head. Note the lack of an accessory rail and one-pin frame design, making this a 2nd generation gun. The magazine inside the gun seems to be empty, as evidenced by the slide stop being held up instead of flat under the slide.

SIG-Sauer P228R

Santino Scarpatti (Al Sapienza) uses what appears to be a SIG-Sauer P228R during the warehouse shootout in "A Most Holy Man" (S13E15).

SIG-Sauer P228R - 9x19mm
Scarpatti (Al Sapienza) shoots the P228R.

Vektor SP1

Sheriff Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) carries a Vektor SP1 as her personal handgun. An unusual choice, as the Vektor SP1 is a South African made handgun and is not very common in the United States.

Vektor SP1 - 9x19mm
Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) is seen using the Vektor SP1 in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10).
Jody hides from the "Bad Place" monsters with her Vektor ready in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10).
Sheriff Mills (Kim Rhodes) checks the magazine on her Vektor SP1 after a firefight in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10).

Star Firestar M-43

"Apocalypse World" Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) hands Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) a black phosphate Star Firestar M-43 after an angel attack on their camp in "Good Intentions" (S13E14). She later uses it until she comes back from the "Apocalypse World".

Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) gives Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) the Firestar M-43 in "Good Intentions" (S13E14).
Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) lowers her Firestar after meeting a fellow survivor in "Unfinished Business" (S13E20).

MP-446C Viking

Cromarty (Fulvio Celere) uses a MP-446C Viking with a threaded barrel during "A Most Holy Man" (S13E15). This is one of the few media appearances of the Viking in a Western production. This is appropriate, as Supernatural was primarily filmed in Canada, where the MP-446 is readily available on the consumer market.

Heckler & Koch P30L

Sheriff Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) brings an Heckler & Koch P30L to search the abandoned shipwreck in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10). This must be one of her personal handguns, as she was seen carrying a Beretta 92FS while on duty.

Donna (Briana Buckmaster) and Jody (Kim Rhodes) open fire on the "Bad Place" monsters with their handguns.

Astra A-70

Alex Jones (Katherine Ramdeen) is seen using a stainless Astra A-70 with brown grips during the shootout in the shipwreck in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10). This was possibly given to her by Donna (Briana Buckmaster).

Alex (Katherine Ramdeen) on the right uses an Astra A-70 to fire at approaching monsters in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10).

FN FNP-45

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) takes a tan framed FNP-45 loaded with angel-killing bullets from an "Apocalypse World" survivor in "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18) and uses it until he gives it to Charlie (Felicia Day) before returning to his original world.

FNP-45 - .45 ACP
Dean (Jensen Ackles) struggles to get up with the FNP-45 in hand in "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) takes cover as he prepares to attack the angels with the FNP-45 in hand. "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) hands the FNP-45 to Charlie (Felicia Day). "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Charlie shoots the FNP-45 while protecting the inter-dimensional rift with Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) in "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).

Smith & Wesson 4505

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) gives Officer Doug Stover (Brendan Taylor) what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 4505 during a search in an abandoned building in "Breakdown" (S13E11). The gun is only seen briefly, but it's likely that it's the same 4505 Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) used during Season 1 as his personal weapon.

Smith & Wesson 4505 with fixed sights - .45 ACP
Dean (Jensen Ackles) hands Officer Doug (Brendan Taylor) a Smith & Wesson 4505 for personal protection in "Breakdown" (S13E11).

Walther P99AS

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) is seen taking a Walther P99AS from one of Scarpatti's thugs in "A Most Holy Man" (S13E15), he later uses it in the shootout during the underground antique auction.

Walther P99AS - 9x19mm
Dean (Jensen Ackles) knocks out one of Scarpatti's henchmen with a P99AS in hand.
Dean's P99AS runs empty during the shootout in "A Most Holy Man" (S13E15).

Walther PPQ

One of Scarpatti's thugs (Tyson Bellusci) is seen pointing what looks like a Walther PPQ on the Winchesters in "A Most Holy Man" (S13E155). This later changes to a Walther P99AS when Dean (Jensen Ackles) is seen handling it.

Walther PPQ M2 - 9x19mm
Scarpatti's thug invites the Winchesters to follow him and his associate with the Walther PPQ in hand. "A Most Holy Man" (S13E15).

Shotguns

Winchester Model 1887

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) continues to use a sawed-off Winchester Model 1887 as his personal shotgun.

Sawed off Winchester Model 1887 (Norinco Replica) - 12 gauge
Dean (Jensen Ackles) uses his Winchester Model 1887 in "Tombstone" (S13E06).
Dean (Jensen Ackles) holds his shotgun in "Beat The Devil" (S13E21). Note that he velcro-taped a flashlight to the side of it, he had to enter an abandoned mineshaft earlier in the episode.

Remington 870 Express Tactical

Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) uses a Remington 870 Express Tactical with a flashlight forend and M4-LE stock during the shootout at the shipwreck in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10).

She racks the action on her Remington 870 as more monsters approach in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10).

Remington Model 870

A survivor in the "Apocalypse World" uses a Remington 870 with a short barrel, pistol grip and side folding stock when entering the destroyed church in "Unfinished Business" (S13E20).

Remington 870 with sawed off barrel and stock - 12 gauge
The first survivor through is holding a Model 870 with a pistol grip, folding stock and a short barrel in "Unfinished Business" (S13E20).

Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" (Custom)

Charlie (Felicia Day) is seen using a custom Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" with a chrome finish on the barrel and magazine tube and an MP5K style pump to ambush a group of angels in "Exodus" (S13E22). The exact same weapon can also be seen in a few of the previous seasons of Supernatural and in House of the Dead and Painkiller Jane.

Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" Parkerized finish with Synthetic forearm - 12 gauge
Charlie (Felicia Day) and Ketch ambush a group of angels in "Exodus" (S13E22).

Remington Model 1100 Tactical

Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) hands Patience Turner (Clark Backo) a Remington Model 1100 Tactical with a pistol grip to defend herself from the "Bad Place" monsters in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10) and teaches her how to use it in a very simplistic manner, basically just telling her to point and shoot, which might not be bad advice after all, considering the distance of the engagements in the shipwreck.

Remington Model 1100 Tactical with pistol grip stock - 12 gauge
Donna (Briana Buckmaster) loads a Remington Model 1100 Tactical before giving it to Patience (Clark Backo) for self defense in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10)
Patience (Clark Backo) enters the room with the shotgun in hand in "Wayward Sisters" (S13E10). This is is one of the few shots where the gun is seen entirely, despite the blurriness and image quality, one can still make out the shape of the forend and the left side charging handle that identifies it as a Remington Model 1100.

Mossberg Maverick 88

Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) uses a Maverick 88 during a hunt in "Breakdown" (S13E11). She uses it in conjunction with a light, which she holds in her left hand while holding the forend.

Mossberg Maverick 88, the "Persuader" copy - 12 gauge
(Briana Buckmaster) points her Maverick 88 at a vampire after shooting him during "Breakdown" (S13E11). This can be distinguished from a Mossberg 500 by the position of the safety, which is missing from the back of the receiver, meaning that it's next to the trigger guard.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) holds a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 with a Surefire forend while riding on the back of the refugee bus in "Exodus" (S13E22). The gun has a Navy trigger group but whether it has a 3 or 4 position fire selector is unclear.

Mary (Samantha Smith) holds the MP5 while riding on the bus in "Exodus"(S13E22).

Heckler & Koch MP5K

Alexander Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K with a rail system in "War of the Worlds" (S13E07), shooting it full auto rather carelessly in a cabin in an attempt to kill a witch.

Heckler & Koch MP5K with Navy trigger group - 9x19mm
Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) finishes shooting his MP5K. Note that he is using a 1-point sling; this, along with a push-pull motion, is a common technique to stabilize stockless guns like this.

Calico M960A

"Apocalypse World" Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) carries what appears to be a Calico M960A with a red dot sight and a laser aiming module.

Calico M960A - 9x19mm
"Apocalypse World" Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) is seen carrying a Calico M960A in "Good Intentions" (S13E14). It's not seen very clearly but it can be assumed that it's the same gun he was carrying in Season 12.

CZ Scorpion Evo 3 A1

Arthur Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) brings along a CZ Scorpion Evo 3 A1 to "Apocalypse World" for a rescue mission and is seen using it throughout the season. It seems to be loaded with angel-killing bullets, as it is shown to be effective against them.

CZ Scorpion Evo 3A1 - 9x19mm
Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) unslings his Scorpion Evo as he prepares to raid a camp in "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Dean and Ketch open fire on the angels in "Bring 'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) carries his Scorpion Evo as he escorts Charlie (Felicia Day) in "Bring'em Back Alive" (S13E18).
Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) holds the Scorpion on some angels IN "Exodus" (S13E22). It appears that he found an EOTech holographic sight to mount on it during his time in "Apocalypse World".

Assault Rifles

Norinco Type 56-1

What looks like a Norinco Type 56-1 with a stamped receiver is briefly held by Sam (Jared Padalecki) during the trip to the inter-dimensional rift in "Exodus" (S13E22).

Norinco Type 56-1 - 7.62x39mm
Sam (Jared Padalecki) holding the Type 56-1 with the stock folded in "Exodus" (S13E22). It can be identified as a Type 56-1 and not an AKMS by the flat muzzle device and what looks like a hooded front sight.
Sam (Jared Padalecki) blocking Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) with the Norinco in hand. Here the hooded front sight can be clearly seen.

Custom AR-15

A survivor in "Exodus" (S13E22) is seen holding a custom AR-15 with a short barrel and rail system, a PDW-style collapsible stock and a red dot sight. Not much of the rifle is seen, but i can be assumed that it's the same one used by Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) in the previous season when fighting against government operatives.

North Eastern Arms NEA-15 in the 7.5" PDW configuration - 5.56x45mm.
The survivor is seen holding the shorty AR-15 as she disembarks from the bus in "Exodus" (S13E22).
