Sypnopsis and Details

Ambitions, betrayals, corruption and everything that comes with the desire for power, money and ambition, in a tropical city. The leader of the invasion is willing to negotiate the eviction of the properties, knowing that said eviction will not happen without blood in ambitions, betrayals, corruption and everything that the desire for power and money entails. It all starts with a stray bullet…and a wealthy young man from Guayaquil who is trying to evict 250 families that have invaded the land he inherited from his father. The leader of the invasion is willing to negotiate the eviction of the properties, knowing that said eviction will not happen without blood. The invaders, suspecting their leader's betrayal, make their claim public.

Such is Life in the Tropics or “Sin muertos no hay carnaval” portrays the city of Guayaquil (Ecuador) through its various social strata, full of latent tensions that can only be resolved through violence.
