Stella Women’s Academy, High School Division Class C³ is a story of Yura Yamato in the prestigious Stella Women's Academy. Yura has a hard time making friends with the other girls around until she bumps into Rento Kirishima, who tries to recruit Yura into the school's airsoft club C³ (derived from command, control, and communications). The club currently consists of Rento, Karila Hatsuse, Honoka Mutsu, Yachiyo Hinata, and Sonora Kashima (President and Yura's roommate). The story revolves around Yura's interactions with the C³ Club's member and activities.
Note: As this anime portrays most guns as an airsoft piece, all guns listed here should be assumed to be airsoft in the anime unless stated otherwise.

Yachiyo Hinata uses a SIG-Sauer P228 as her main sidearm.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
Sonora Kashima, president of the C³ Club, uses a real and airsoft replica of the chromed Desert Eagle Mark XIX as her weapon of choice. Meisei Girl's Academy team leader Rin Haruna use a normal, black Desert Eagle as her sidearm. Miyagi Mochizuki of Team O.C. uses a chrome Desert Eagle with extended barrel in the 24H Tournament.

Moe and Akane Seto use the TM Gindan Series as their weapon of choice. Moe uses the Gindan PPK while Akane uses the Gindan Glock 26 in Episode 5.

Sa. Vz. 61 Skorpion
Yura's new main weapon after Episode 3 is a Vz. 61 Skorpion. Sonora's mentor wields the very same Skorpion during a flashback scene in Episode 2. Yura buys a drum magazine for it in episode 7, which she uses in the 24 hour tournament.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Meisei Girl's Academy airsoft team are all equipped with Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs, except for Rin.

A M16 Rifle can be seen in the background of a scene in Episode 1 on a gun rack.
Customized M16
In an ad for the 24H Tournament, a team is equipped with somewhat modded M16s.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Honoka Mutsu uses a Heckler & Koch G36K with the red dot sight replaced by a picatinny rail as her main weapon. While it lacks the red dot sight the standard K uses, it is not a KV as the KV has a 1.5x scope, while the standard K, along with the TM replica, both have a 3x scope.
AK-47
Rento Kirishima uses an AK-47 as her main weapon. Team Grizzly from Hokkaido in the 24h Tournament are all also equipped with AK-47s.
AKS-47
Daishichi of Team O.C. uses a golden AKS-47 as his main weapon.
AKS-74U
A competitor can be seen with a AKS-74U without a stock in the tournament.
Steyr AUG A1
Sonora Kashima uses a Steyr AUG A1 as her main weapon.
Howa Type 89-F
Yachiyo Hinata uses a Howa Type 89-F as her main weapon in games where her AWS would be impractical.
