Star Wars: The Last Jedi, also known as Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi, is the eighth main series film in the Star Wars film franchise, and the second film of the "Sequel Trilogy", following The Force Awakens. The film is directed by Rian Johnson and was released in December 2017. A sequel, The Rise of Skywalker, was released in 2019.

As in The Force Awakens, Rey uses the "LPA NN-14 blaster pistol", a fully fictional design.
Sonn-Blas SE-44C Blaster Pistol (FAB Defense KPOS)

Like in The Force Awakens, First Order Stormtroopers are armed with "Sonn-Blas F-11D blaster rifles", derived from the design of the original trilogy's BlasTech E-11 blaster rifles, which are themselves modified from Sterling SMGs.

During the Battle of Crait, several Resistance soldiers are armed with the "BlasTech DH-17 blaster rifle", which uses the Sterling SMG for the main blaster but with an M4 style stock attached to it.
