Spartan (2004)

Spartan is a 2004 thriller written and directed by David Mamet and stars Val Kilmer as a Special Ops instructor who is brought in to help locate the President's kidnapped daughter. The technical adviser on this film was former Delta Force operator Eric Haney, who would later collaborate with Mamet to create the series The Unit, which is based on Haney's experiences in the Delta Force.
