In "Hidden" (S5E03), Gabriel Duncan (Johnny Lewis) uses a Beretta 92FS to kill the guards in the missile silo, and to shoot and kill Clark Kent (Tom Welling). Gabriel was later shot with it by Chloe Sullivan (Allison Mack). It appears to be a non-gun, as it doesn't cycle when it fires. Greg Flynn (Kevin Daniels) uses a Beretta 92FS in the Luthor mansion during "Lockdown" (S5E11). Sheriff Adams (Camille Mitchell) carries a Beretta 92FS in the same episode.

Michael Westmore (Damon Johnson) uses a Colt M1911A1 to threaten Chloe in "Tomb" (S5E14). Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) uses a Colt M1911A1 to search Lionel Luthor in "Mercy" (S5E19).

Taurus PT92

Lionel Luthor (John Glover) grabs a Taurus PT92 from the desk when the lights go out in his office. Lionel Luthor and Martha Kent (Annette O'Toole) use the Taurus PT92 during the final game in "Mercy" (S5E19). The PT92 seen in this episode is the exact same one used by Jared Padalecki in Supernatural and also in Shooter, both of which had the same armorers as this show.

Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) carries a Jericho 941 as his sidearm throughout the Season 5. In "Thirst" (S5E05), a LuthorCorp guard uses the Jericho 941 to threaten Milton Fine in the Warehouse 15.
